Her følger Skytec AS sine allmenne kjøpsbetingelser for kjøp gjort på våre nettsider og omhandler betaling, levering, reklamasjon/garanti og angrerett.
1. Scope
Skytec AS sine allmenne kjøpsvilkår for levering av produkter og tjenester.
Disse generelle vilkårene anvendes på kjøpsavtalen du som bedrift inngår med Skytec AS, organisasjonsnummer 976 576 772 MVA (Norge).

Disse allmenne kjøpsvilkår gjelder om ikke annet er avtalt.
The buyer is herein referred to as "the customer."
2. Prices and payment
Prices of the goods are stated including VAT (excluding goods / products that are exempt from VAT). The shopping cart shows the total price including all taxes, VAT and any payment fees.
Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart, depending on the chosen payment method.
3. Frakt.
For Norske kunder sendes pakken med Posten/Bring og belastes med fast beløp lik 180,- for servicepakker og 290,- for bedriftspakker. Posten/Bring sine leveringstider til destinasjon gjelder. Ønskes dellevering, vil frakt påløpe på hver delforsendelse.
For utenlandske kunder benyttes UPS og frakten avhenger av destinasjon og volum på forsendelsen.
Payment can be made by using a credit / debit card, direct payment through online banking, Vipps or by invoice.

4. Reklamasjon / Garanti
Reklamasjon/garanti følger bestemmelsene gitt i forbrukerkjøpsloven. Her finner du Forbrukerkjøpsloven.
5. Angrerett
The cancellation period for purchases via our online store is 14 days.
In the feedback to us, it must be clear that the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. The cancellation period runs from the day the customer receives the item or a significant part of it.
The cancellation period does not apply if:

The item must be unopened / unused and returned undamaged in the original packaging. All labels must be on, and manuals must be included. It is important that outer packaging is used and that adhesive tape and other material are not pasted on the original packaging.

5. The delivery time is stated under "delivery" which is specified under any item in the online store.
The customer is obliged to report any transport damage within 2 business days of receipt of the goods if a claim for compensation against us / transport company is to be enforceable.
Skytec AS is not responsible for delayed delivery regardless of whether the delay is due to circumstances due to the carrier, delay or partial delivery due to circumstances for which the manufacturer is responsible or other circumstances.
7. Pakker som ikke hentes
If the customer chooses payment at collection as the shipping method, the item will be at the customer's local post office for up to 2 weeks. Items not picked up by this deadline will be returned to us. For all items that are not picked up, we reserve the right to invoice costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees that apply to the respective item at any time.
